The Opportunity

The role.

Linguard Labs is building the compliance layer for the next era of digital finance. We're live, we're growing fast, and the team around Drew includes operators from JPMorgan, Visa, Morgan Stanley, and BNP Paribas. This is not a white paper company.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who can be Drew's right hand across both his professional and personal life. You'll own his calendar, his inbox, his travel, and a lot of the details that keep a fast-moving CEO effective. The person who does this job well will have real influence over how the company operates day to day.

"The best EAs I've seen don't wait to be told what needs doing. They already know."

Meet Your CEO

Drew Weinstein.

Drew has spent his career at the point where financial infrastructure and new technology actually collide. He led mobile innovation at Visa, ran Sequent Software as CEO, and held senior roles at HyperWallet and Convera. He's built things, scaled things, and navigated the complexity of regulated payments at a global level.

Linguard Labs is where all of that comes together. The team is exceptional and the product is live. Drew is focused on building something that matters, and he needs someone who can keep up with the pace that requires.

He moves quickly, holds a high bar, and values people who take ownership without being asked. If you're the kind of person who notices what needs to happen before anyone says anything, this is the right environment for you.

"I want someone who makes the whole operation run better just by being in the room."

Before you apply

Four things that are non-negotiable for this role.

01

Always on when Drew is on

This isn't about clocking hours. It's about being present and responsive when it matters. If Drew is working, you're reachable.

02

PE, hedge fund, or multinational C-suite background

You've operated in a high-stakes, high-discretion environment before. That experience is required, not preferred.

03

Enterprise or government experience

You know how to work with large institutions, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and get things done inside structured systems.

04

Time zones don't faze you

We travel worldwide. Calls happen at odd hours. You adapt without complaint and make it work regardless of where the clock says you are.
